Meditation can be an effective tool for preventing memory decline with age. There is growing evidence that regular meditation practice can help maintain cognitive function and improve brain health, including memory.

Another study published in the Journal of Cognitive Enhancement found that just 15 minutes of meditation per day for 8 weeks (about 2 months) improved working memory and attention in older adults.
